{"id":14764,"date":"2024-05-05T11:11:12","date_gmt":"2024-05-05T09:11:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prothetik.fh-linz.at\/?p=14764"},"modified":"2024-05-05T11:18:46","modified_gmt":"2024-05-05T09:18:46","slug":"visit-to-the-unbroken-rehabilitation-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prothetik.fh-linz.at\/?p=14764","title":{"rendered":"Visit to the Unbroken Rehabilitation Center"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>At the invitation of Mariana Svirchuk, Director of the National Rehabilitation Centre \u2018Unbroken\u2019, the Austrian Cooperation Office in Lviv together with Martin M\u00fchlbacher, Attach\u00e9 for Social Policy and Health of the Austrian Embassy in Ukraine, organised a guest lecture by Dr Hubert Egger, Professor of Prosthetics at the University of Applied Sciences of Upper Austria, at the \u2018Unbroken\u2019 Rehabilitation Centre in Lviv. This first meeting marks the beginning of a possible cooperation in prosthetics training at the Rehabilitation Centre, which was founded after the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. In the run-up to this event, the Centre received a large number of prostheses from Linz for practical training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf Einladung der Stadt Lwiw besuchte am 19.4.2024 Prof Dr. EGGER (Professor f\u00fcr Prothetik an der FH O\u00d6) das Rehabilitationszentrum UNBROKEN und verschaffte sich einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber ben\u00f6tigte Hilfe, um in Zukunft zielgerichteter unterst\u00fctzen zu k\u00f6nnen. Weiters hielt er vor einigen interessierten Prothetikern und Chirurgen des Zentrums einen Vortrag \u00fcber moderne Techniken in der Prothetik. Die \u00dcbersendung von Prothesen f\u00fcr Studienzwecke erfolgte bereits im Vorfeld zu diesem Treffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Besuch diente dem gegenseitigen Kennenlernen, dem fachlichen Austausch und der Einsch\u00e4tzung m\u00f6glicher Optionen einer Zusammenarbeit in der Ausbildung von Prothetikern in Lwiw.
